As in past years, the Western Division of the American Fisheries Society is hosting a Trade Show in conjunction with it's annual meeting. As Trade Show organizer, please allow me this opportunity to invite you and your organization to participate in this year's meeting
The WDAFS annual meeting typically attracts a wide variety of fisheries and aquatic science professionals from academic, public, and private sectors throughout the west and US. The scientists, administrators, managers, educators, students, consultants, biologists, aquaculturists, and researchers attending this year's meeting exert tremendous influence on purchasing decisions at their respective places of employment. Participating in the Western Division Trade Show is an outstanding opportunity to showcase your products and services to those who will use them, as well as to receive valuable feedback from current customers.
The Trade Show will be held in the Telluride Conference Center (http://www.tellurideconference.com has detailed information about the facilities).
Trade Show exposure will be maximized by holding the Trade Show and all scheduled breaks in the reception area of the convention facility. Which means all participants must pass by the Trade Show as they come and go from the meeting To encourage meeting attendees to contact Trade Show vendors, there will be a raffle prize awarded to an attendee who visits all the vendor booths (verified by a punch card/stamp system).
