The Spokane International Airport is serviced by eight carriers that have
daily non-stop departures to 14 cities. Direct flights are available from
Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver. The Spokane International Airport is located
approximately 20 minutes from the conference facilities and hotel. Taxi and
rental car arrangements can be made from the airport.
By Land
Spokane is accessible via a number of well-maintained highways that connect
the city with major population cities in Washington State, Idaho, Oregon, and
British Columbia. It is roughly 282 miles from Seattle to Spokane via I-90. From
Vancouver, the drive to Spokane is roughly 420 miles using Highway 99, I-5, and
I-90. From Castlegar, it is roughly a 3 hour drive to Spokane taking Highway
395, primarily through the spectacular Columbia River Valley.
Passports and Visas
Native-born Canadian travelers will require identification showing their
citizenship, as well as picture identification. All other non-American travelers
will require a valid passport. Please consult the nearest American Embassy for
